Gregg Peters

With over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and banking, Gregg has honed his expertise in both ESOPs and business transactions. His past experiences include leading the sale of Greenville Community Bank to Isabella Bank and managing the conversion team, as well as working on potential sales of Greenville Tool to Tesla. Gregg’s first foray into the ESOP world involved cleaning up complex plan documents for a business that lacked employee ownership experts during the transaction. He understands the intricacies of preparing for audits, adding external board members, and transitioning from a family-owned business to an employee-owned one, making him well-equipped to navigate the complexities of ESOP transactions.
